Why can't my device recognize the OTG drive? -Android user

1. Please check if your device is compatible by referring to the compatibility list:
    Compatibility Search

2. If your device is compatible, please be sure to switch on "OTG connection" in "

     Setting" of your device

3. Please refer to File Management apps to transfer your files as below:

    SP File Explorer    
    ES File Explorer File Manager
    File commander

※For the OS version is Android 9 or above, please refer to Android's built-in File

    Manager  or File Management function.
