SP Lightning cables are certified by Apple MFi. But when you connect it, you still see a warning message below :
Please try out a few steps to fix the issue below:
- Please ensure that the charger or cable you use is certified by Apple MFi. If it is non-certified charger or cable, you will see a pop-up warning message on the screen.
- The cable is damaged or poor quality, please change the cable.
- Please ensure if something is obstructing or stain charger、 cable, please try to clean up frequently.
- The lightning port may be dirty with crud, please try to clean up the port frequently.
How to check if charger or accessory is MFi certified:
You could ensure if the product's packing has Apple MFi badge below 、 Apple's counterfeit guide or check it on MFi search engine to make sure if it is truly MFi certified.
