Charger buzzes while charging, is this normal?




The humming or buzzing noise is a vibration noise which occurs when electric current flows through a transformer or a winding wire inside a component part.

Normally, when the cell phone or devices connected to the charger , it might occur hearing range about 1 KHz to 70 KHz. (The human hearing range is 20 Hz to 20 KHz.) which can be still heard by certain people, however, it is normal.

If you hear the abnormal sound,  please try to change different charging cable to make sure if the sound can be reduced.  If the sound issue affects abnormal high pitch sound or your normal use, please kindly send it to the purchase store or our service center for assistance.
