Power Bank doesn't work, what do I do?

 How to fix Power Bank not charging.

1. Power cable issue.

Please try to use mobile device's or power bank's original power cable.

Try using a different power cable to make sure if it can be charged.

2. Charging adaptor issue.

Please try to use charging adapter with 5V/1A-5V/2A USB output.

Try charging power bank with a different adaptor to make sure if it can be workable.

3. Power Bank issue.

Please check if there is any physical damage、 button/ socket of power bank damage 、swollen battery...etc. for these situations, please do not charge and contact our support as soon as possible. 



How to fix if mobile devices can't be charged by power bank.

1. Reset power bank.

If power bank doesn't work when pressing power button, it might be shut down issue while power bank charge the mobile device. Please charging power bank for 3~5 seconds until the LED light flashes, then power bank's power mode will be reset and activated again.

2. Power cable issue.

Please try to use mobile device's or power bank's original power cable.

Try using a different power cable to make sure if it can be charged.

3. Charging adaptor issue.

Please try to use charging adapter with 5V/1A-5V/2A USB output.

Try charging power bank with a different adaptor to make sure if it can be workable.

4. Mobile devices issue.

Please confirm if the specification of power bank's output is suitable for mobile devices. Please charging different mobile devices to make sure if it can be workable.
