Why is M.2 SSD not recognized by computer when using it with the external enclosure?

 



Please follow below steps to make sure if the problem can be solved:

1. Please confirm which type of M.2 SSD your M.2 enclosure supports, ex: It supports only SATA M.2 or PCIe M.2 or both.

2. Please make sure to align the slot and insert M.2 SSD into the socket at a  45° angle. (Please refer to the installation guide video clip.)
  




3. If it is brand new M.2 drive which is usually with unallocated partition by default,  please be sure to formatted before it is accessible.  (Please refer to instruction about how to partition the drive : https://reurl.cc/pLMznx )
