My earbuds will not pair with my Bluetooth device



The earbud cannot connect via Bluetooth while charging, due to this part, please make sure that the earbud is not charging and is fully charged. If it still cannot connect to your device, please refer to below troubleshooting steps: 


Clean the earbuds pairing list 
  • Power off the earbuds by pressing and holding the Power (MFB) button  until the LED indicator flashes from blue to red alternately.
  • Remove your earbuds from your device's Bluetooth list. This is typically done by selecting your earbuds in the device's Settings Bluetooth list and selecting "Forget," "Unpair," or "Remove"
  • Your earbuds are now "Ready to pair" to your device. Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and select your earbuds as a new device

Reset pairing mode on your mobile device

  • Turn Bluetooth off then on again
  • Toggle Airplane mode on then off
  • Reboot your device
  •  "Forget," "Unpair," or "Remove" your earbuds from your device's Bluetooth list, then connect again.
