Why is my fast charger not working?

 

If you can't get your fast charge work while charging your cell phone, please try these fixes below:

• Please check if your phone does support fast charging and support which fast charging protocol (※Please refer to fast charging protocol info). If it is necessary to enable fast charging mode when charging.

• Please ensure that the charger supports your phone's fast charging protocol.(※Please refer to fast charging protocol info). Also, please confirm whether the output power of the port used by your charger is sufficient.

• Confirm whether the current amperage supported by the connected charging cable is sufficient, or replace it with the original charging cable.
